That's how many people visited our isoldmyhouse.com website from the day we started, March 30, 2008 to the day we stopped, June 28, 2010. We had our condo on the market for 820 days. Now mind you, I visited the site daily to see how many people viewed our condo.

We averaged about 3.6 visitors a day.

Birthday and parties and paint

Last Tuesday was my birthday. W took me out to eat and got me a wicked cool gift. I love it! Saturday we had a house warming party for the family. The weather was great, the food was sooooo yummy, and everyone seemed to have a good time.

Afterwards we went to M and L's house for some pizza and game night.

We've been pretty busy with the unpacking and now it's time to paint. I have to pick out colors for the bedroom, kitchen and living room. that's the fun part. The not so fun is the actual painting. We are on vacation in a few weeks so guess what we're doing??

Us: The $7,000 was from our savings account and the $150 was from a health insurance benefit.

Mortgage Company: We need the paperwork that shows that it came from your savings

Us: I just faxed you all the paper work.

We are moved!!!!

W back again and we have done it, we have moved into the new house. Moving day was tough, at 98 degrees outside. But thanks to some great family members pitching in we got through it. Thanks to both moms, brother m + brother S and to cousin R.

We are now spending the weekend unpacking, cleaning and making all those little changes that make a house your own.
