Seeing Star Trek yesterday proves that I cry at everything. The beginning was a bit emotional for me. Overall the movie was great. They did a great job choosing the actors. And for all the hard core Trekkie's out there they used all the good lines from the first show.
We heard "Dammit, I'm a doctor not a bricklayer" and "I'm givin' you all she's got, Captain". They even poked fun at never really knowing Lt. Uhura's first name.
The only issue I have with these types of movies is that it's set in the Hay Day of Jim Kirk. He's making crazy decisions as a younin' and the other characters are like "but Jim, you'll die" and you're thinking "go ahead Jim, you won't, I know you won't".
Great movie, I enjoyed it a lot. Go out and see it.
Today we are going to the book store and the Cheesecake factory. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

You make me really want to see this movie. I am even going to bring my communicator with me so I can answer their one-liners.

If I have no idea what the heck you're talking about in your description, should I still see the movie?
