W back again. I actually stayed home from work today, wasn't feeling well this morning. This afternoon I felt a little better and decided to install the brand new low flow toilet. Our idiotic (E said told me no swearing on here) condo association gave us a whole 5 day notice that we needed low flow toilets or they would raise our condo fee for being out of regulation. Thanks for the loads of time.
A few hours , an extra trip to Home Depot, and a bunch of bad language later and we have a new toilet. Hopefully just in time to sell this place.
Anyone want to buy a brand new toilet, comes with in a 2 bedroom condo???

I didn't know either. Uncle S talked me into doing it myself on the 4th.
Sounds like a S***ty job! But yea, that looks awesome. If I did the work, it would probably be missing the toilet part.
