We didn't really get into too many details on how much hell the mortgage company put us through but here's one example.

8/21/10
Mortgage Company: We notice that there was a deposit of $7150 into your checking, where did that come from?

Us: The $7,000 was from our savings account and the $150 was from a health insurance benefit.

Mortgage Company: We need the paperwork that shows that it came from your savings

Us: I just faxed you all the paper work.

Mortgage Company: We notice that there was a deposit of $7150 into your checking, where did that come from?

Us: The $7,000 was from our savings account and the $150 was from a health insurance benefit.

Mortgage Company: We need the paperwork that shows that it came from your savings

Us: I faxed that to you on the 21st, do you need it again.

Mortgage Company: Yes

Mortgage Company: We notice that there was a deposit of $7150 into your checking, where did that come from?

Us: I faxed the supporting paper work on the 23rd. Would you like me to fax it again?

Mortgage Company: Yes

I keep hoping they misplaced all the rest of the documents after we signed so they won't bill us.
