That's our MLS number for our condo. Since we aren't having any more open houses in the next few months we thought this would be a good way to get the word out. Plus, there has been an uptick in condos for sale in our development. They all have numbers. We didn't want to be the odd condo out. 

Let's all hope this works. 

On another note, I was checking out the competition and someone is using my pool image. I don't know if this is petty or not but I contacted the realtor and asked him to take it down. He should've ask.
